We stayed here after attending a concert because it was very close to the venue. This is a no frills hotel. My room was tidy, but could use a refresh. The bathrooms sink did not fully drain, but it probably would have been fixed if we called (too late and too tired to call) I asked for additional towels upon entry as the towels in the room were a bit beige instead of white. It just needed a good, old fashioned scrub in there. If you just need a place to lay your head after a long drive, it'll serve its purpose. I would not recommend staying for a long weekend, though.

Stayed two nights on a short university visit for my daughter. Hotel was average. Comfort was ok, cleanliness wasn’t not too bad. However, the bathroom sink didn’t drain and took a very very long time to drain. Which was a turn off and not to mention unsanitary. Breakfast was worst. We didn’t eat any on both days of stay. This was one of the reasons we stayed as it included continental breakfast. The bagels served were pretty stale and inedible. There was not much in the breakfast available. Coffee was horrible and there were not many fruits available as well. Overall it was a bad experience at breakfast. Hotel didn’t even provide courtesy water bottles and we didn’t have water in the room and couldn’t go out and buy some either because it was bad weather (snow and freezing rain).

Stains on the comforter, someone's trash under the bathroom sink on the floor, filthy around the base of the toilet, snack machine was half full, breakfast items either low or totally empty, breakfast area trash was spilling over on our 2nd day like it wasn't even emptied. Just a crappy hotel. Period.

There was no stopper in the bathroom sink and the heater was working properly. It either was on and you could control how hot it got or you had to turn it off. The breakfast was ok. There were bagels(no cream cheese), and instant oatmeal but no hot water. Slim pickings.

Comfortable but no-frills

Lobby left a lot to be desired. Hotel is definitely not handicapped accessible. Lobby doors don’t open automatically and you have to climb a set of steps (no elevator), even when your room is on the first floor. Stayed here, in part, because of the free breakfast, but it wasn’t really worth eating. But the bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows. I had a good night’s sleep which is really all that matters.

Bathroom clearly had water leak on the ceiling as the paint had bubbled and there was black mold growing!! This issue is an absolute health hazard and needs remedied. If my elderly mother wasn’t so exhausted we would have left but she had no energy left in her unfortunately. They have no business putting guests in this room.

Bathtub was would not drain. Inform the front desk about it on the first day and it was never fixed. Hotel is in flight path of the airport next door so expect some noise. When we left early because of the bathtub and the noise they would not refund the one night we did not stay

The room heater/air conditioner is noisy and kept us up all night. We had no hot water for showers in the evening or in the morning. Since our flight was canceled, we didn’t need the extended parking, but I still haven’t been refunded the extended parking fee although I call and email every day for two weeks now but the manager hasn’t returned my phone calls and has not responded to my emails either. The shuttle service to/from the airport was reliable and on time!
