Breakfast could go a bit longer. The room was not made up before the 2nd night's stay. The room itself was fine--2 queen beds, enough room, and a clean bathroom. The hotel itself is getting old and in need of updates.

The room was warm and musty. The tub was cracked. There was an odor. I’ve stayed here many times and this was not the room I’ve become accustomed to. Check in took over 20 minutes because the front desk was not at his position for over 10 minutes.

There was socks left in the sofa chair, phone was dirty like there was snots. We ended up buying Lysol spray and anti bacterial wipes and wipe everything. Spray the bed and pillows. Pillow cases looks like it was never changed. Their shampoo and Conditioner was almost empty. The reason why we stated there coz our original hotel the Wyndham overbooked i think.

I had a hip problem and was unsteady. No elevator to floors ( stairs to both first and second). No bath mat and almost slipped. Steep ramp to breakfast area. Missing handrails. Oh, and you can make a bagel, but there’s nothing to buy on it.

The bed sheet and cover dirty. We have asked to change room and they changed to be almost the same . Hair on the bed sheet. We used our own sheet. The items in the breakfast were not replaced especially coffee. Staff were reserved to replace items as well as waffle mix.
