My problem is with Expedia and Wyndham, you are blaming each other and I'm out a great deal of money because of this and Wyndham did not honor a reservation and Expedia just does not care. I will never use either of these places and plan to have my corporate account removed from Wyndham as well.

I felt bad for the Night Mgr and Maintenance man. The hotel was overbooked by 3rd party booking companies with the US Open golf in town. I was fortunate to get my room whereas others were not. A good deal of unhappy people trying to check in. The Night Mgr/front desk guy was doing his best, but getting ripped by many travelers. I went to my original room and found the handle to the toilet lying on the floor and toilet not functional. I was able to switch to another room fortunately because there was still one King room available. I walked into that next room and it was about 80 degrees in it because AC wasn’t on at all. But AC wasn’t broken so that turned out to be ok. Since I was only here for 1 night the bed was fine for sleep and the toilet was working in this room. I was very disappointed that the hotel bar wasn’t open to have a drink and watch the NBA Finals game on TV. And the following morning, the continental breakfast was also very underwhelming to be honest. Sadly, this hotel was VERY understaffed and I would never choose to stay there again. Definitely wasn’t a staff problem as they tried to do their best with limited resources and limited help from their management!!

We came to Pittsburgh for Monster Jam in May and we needed a cheap hotel. The hotel overall was decent for what you pay for. But the bathroom was dirty. I guess I should have done some research before booking but the hotel is very secluded and nothing around it food wise. The elevator is super sketchy.

I reserved a room with two queen beds but when we entered room was with water near the AC area due to AC leakage, complained to the front desk got two separate rooms immediately. Stay was good, hygiene with good atmosphere. No front desk services at early hrs. My over all experience was GOOD.

If there's another hotel/motel available, pick that instead. Broken appliances made the room hot, musty, and smelly. Mutliple guests wanted new rooms for the same issue but they were over booked. Roof was leaking in lobby from storm. Seats in breakfast area had stains and we did not stay to eat. Someone tore the towel rack off the wall and there was no door jams so the wall was broken from the handle.

Quiet, clean and tucked away. This place is a perfect spot for out of town folks and a quick visit. Easy to find, super close to the highway and good eats. Complimentary coffee in the morning and comfy beds.

The property itself was falling apart. The restaurant was not open any time we went by. Breakfast had no hot items, even though the hot plates were out. A few times there was pee on the floors or walls from pets. Our tub was constantly running, from the moment we walked in, and after showers even though we tried to stop it. There were burn marks in our blankets from a possible previous smoker. Not what I was expecting for a 3 star hotel

It was the most terrible staying that I have been. Check in was very good, excellent customer service by Madeline. Very polite and professional. Next morning I went for breakfast, and, it was sopoor, just minis muffins, no juice, no hot breakfast, just a few bagels , yogury, and cereal. How disappointed I was. I asked the front desk concierge about breakfast, and she has to go and add fruits cups and yogurt. When I went back to the room, I noticed that the AC in the room was not working properly, toilet was clogged. I Tried to call frontdesk, phonehad a busy sound . I told housekeeping to let them know about the toilet. Sales manager came with a plunger 1.5 hour later. I went to front desk and I asked if I could be possible to change room. I received a very cold no, that's not possible because the rooms were already assigned. It was around 11:15 am. I told them again that the AC was not working properly, the room was a little hot, and the AC was doing a lot of noise. Her answer was no ahain. I asked if I can talk to a manager. She went to an office next ti Frint Desk, and the sales manager came with an attitude not very friendly. Je looked like if I was bothering. I explained ahain the issues that I had, he answer was a NO immediately. I told him that I couldn't sleep well because of the ac and the noise. He reply again NO. I received a I don’t want to change the room. Very bad Customer service. I told him that, and his answe was, I don’t care. I won't stay at wynd
