Guest Interaction

Our staff is on-site from 9 am to 5 pm, and until 2 pm on Sundays, providing cleaning and maintenance services. We are always available by phone or message to assist you. Please note, there is no reception desk.

Check-In Procedure

Check-in is available 24 hours after 3 pm on your day of arrival. You will receive a code to access your condo independently.

Casa Valentina is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and the famous 5th Avenue. Enjoy easy access to Paseo del Carmen, an international shopping and dining plaza near the Cozumel Pier.

Building Rules

- Quiet hours: 10 pm - 9 am.
- No smoking inside the unit.
- Turn off air conditioning when not in use to conserve energy, as electricity is very expensive in Playa del Carmen.
