A well located spacious house. Near to public transport, shops nearby and opposite the communal swimming pool on the street of this gated community. The house features a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a patio and a balcony in the main bedroom. Guests are welcome to use the communal gardens and pool and information will be given upon arrival about the area.

The house is located one block away from the highway Cancun-Tulum, opposite the famous Mayakoba resorts, Xcalacoco beach is just 5 minutes away by car and it takes only 10 minutes by car to get Playa del Carmen downtown.

It has 24/7 private security, air-con on each room, wifi and is fully equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay.

The space

It is a very quiet place and very convenient for those families /groups and is a perfect "base" for visiting all the attractions of the Riviera Maya, Xcaret (20 min), Tulum (1 hour), Chichen Itza (2.5 hours).
It is also a the perfect spot for those attending a wedding or celebration at any hotel on the Riviera Maya.
