Apartamento funcional

Quarto pequeno e água do chuveiro sem pressão nenhuma, mas pelo menos estava quente. Havia obra no andar de cima e o apartamento estava empoeirado. Cozinha completa com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos funcionado perfeitamente.

I really like the place. Great location and it was convenient. My only criticism was the cleanliness of the shower. There were 4 pieces of the used mini soap bars on the floor inside which led me to believe that it had not been cleaned in some time. But the manager was great and it was a good stay.

Nice clean and well decorated room with city view, well located. My room had A/C in bedroom only, living room was getting pretty hot but I was not using it much as I was always out. Hot water, nice kitchen with stovetop but small counter. Responsible was very nice and helpful. Good cleaning service.

Felt like home in this condo apartment. Two blocks from La Quinta Avenida and four blocks from the beach which was good enough for me.

It was very good experience staying there.

I stay there from May 13-May 20, 2017. My room was on the first floor of the house with kitchen and small outdoor room with table and 2 chairs, no view to outside world, but you can see the sky. Kitchen was a great option to have, so i could have my breakfast in the morning or eat any time of the day and save some money. Weather was very hot 36-40C, so i did spend some time inside with air conditioner. Place were clean and cleaning lady came 2 times to change my bedshits. Saul was very helpful with any questions i ask. Highly recommend to stay there.

The only disappointment was that instead of a furnished balcony, there was no balcony at all. This is a recent listing and the website information is under review to correct this and a few other informational points.

Cuarto acogedor con baño completo una cama, mini cocina, mini barra tipo península y pues como para dejar tus pertenencias a salvo es un buen lugar, este cuenta con dos entradas, tiene dos pares de toallas, plancha, secadora, agua caliente todo el tiempo, jabón pequeñito y se vio limpio. No es el mismo edificio al que sale en la foto si no te lleva a uno que se encuentre entre las calles 20 y 26, el olor del cuarto es extraño que si dejas tus prendas expuestas estás se penetran el olor, no hay señal de Tv o bueno no pude obtener ninguna señal, no hacen limpieza diaria del cuarto si pretendes pasar más de 1 semana pues sería importante que contemplaras eso, las escaleras para subir al cuarto son muy angostas y altas no recomiendo para personas mayores y en general estuvo BUENO y llevar cambio cuando sea el momento de pagar.

Es un estudio muy cómodo y cerca del super mercado, de la 5ta ave, playa muy serca Lo que siento que aria mejor tu estancia es que tuviera aire a condicionado en el área de la cosina y comedor hace muchísimo calor en esa parte te dan un ventilador pero no es suficiente espero que lo puedan resolver por que si vale la pena el lugar volvería a regresar

Muito bom, indico!

Local muito bom e perto de tudo. Podemos ir à praia ou visitar o centro caminhando. Por ter cozinha da pra economizar fazendo comida em casa ao invés de ir a restaurantes. Tudo muito bom, no geral. Voltaremos!

Departamento muy bien ubicado, a solo dos cuadras de la quinta avenida, son accesibles en relación al precio y al estudio, es muy bueno. Punto favorable que cuenta con máquina de café Nescafe Dolce Gusto y un humidificadores ultrasónico aromaterapia.

Distância de 800m da Playa Marmitas e 500m de restaurantes, supermercado e shopping. Quarto espaçoso com ar condicionado, ventilador e armário. Uma pequena cozinha com todos os utensílios, liquidificador e microondas. Água potável de cortesia. Banheiro com bom chuveiro e itens de banho. Boa limpeza. Falta colocar o nome da residência no portão da rua e destacar o número 22 na reserva.

Voltaria a me hospedar

O apartamento está bem localizado. Próximo à praia, supermercado, restaurantes, lojas, ATM. Todos num raio de aproximadamente 10 minutos de caminhada. O apartamento estava em boas condições e é bem equipado (fogão, microondas, cafeteira, frigobar, TV, secador de cabelo e cofre para pertences pequenos). Quando chegamos não havia água quente no chuveiro. Após informarmos, o problema foi resolvido no dia seguinte. O prédio também não possui estacionamento, o carro fica estacionado na rua, bem em frente ao apartamento. O atendimento é excelente! Fomos recepcionados pelo Saul, que nos deu toda assistência necessária. Deixou seu número para contato caso precisássemos de algo na sua ausência e nos deu ótimas recomendações de restaurantes próximos, com bons preços.
