I waited a week before posting this review to allow the property sufficient time to address a significant billing issue. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting a refund of $1,500 that was incorrectly charged to my account. Despite being told the "mistake" would be corrected immediately, no resolution has been made. I strongly encourage guests to review their final bill and ensure any discrepancies are resolved before departure. While the property and the service were outstanding, there were several disappointing aspects of our experience. Check-in was particularly unpleasant. We arrived at 9:00 AM after a long journey, and although the hotel was only 40% occupied, we were not allowed to access our room early. Instead, we were directed to change in the public lobby restroom. This was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate 5 guests were forced to change in an area with no privacy, with luggage spread out on the corridor. A basic courtesy, such as offering a temporary room would have gone a long way in demonstrating hospitality and professionalism.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing — the selection was limited, the quality was poor, and the standards were far from "exceptional" rated hotel.I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dmitri and the team at the beachfront restaurant. We were accommodated to have breakfast there for the duration of our stay.Dmitri and his team exemplified what true hospitality looks like with their warm, genuine service.
