Have stayed at the Fiesta Inn before. It’s a great value and in a good location accessible to everything you need. The property is showing its age a bit, but there’s lots of housekeeping staff that all work hard to keep the place clean and comfortable. The pool area on the rooftop is comfortable for enjoying some food and drinks and the pool is decent and clean to enjoy a swim. It’s not too busy there so no problem to get a lounge chair, though there’s no umbrellas, so watch out for the sun because it will get you. The front desk, F&B staff and bellman are always so helpful and friendly. Shoutout to my man, Javier, who’s always so kind, helpful and just a great person. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels there, but imo, I get everything I need from Fiesta Inn for a lot less money and have a perfectly comfortable stay with a good shower and good night’s rest.

Really close to 5th Ave. Way to noise the hotel is next to a bar and every single night they played loud music.The pressure in the shower was awful. It was clean and it has a very nice rooftop.

In general, an excellent option for exploring Playa del Carmen. Good, clean rooms. Just a few critiques that detracted from what was overall very good experience. The sliding door in the room didn't lock properly and the safebox malfunctioned during our stay. In addition, it was a challenge to get towels and an umbrella at the pool.
