The pool was great. They only had on jacuzzi. I did not like that. I couldn't find a spot every time I looked. Excepted minimum two swim up bars but the waiters were consistent in offering drinks.

I am a very picky traveler when it comes to room accommodations. Our room was spotless! Our maid Aracely Gomez cleaned our room effortlessly. The staff are very welcoming and respectful. The place is very beautiful and the staff is welcoming and helpful, however, the food you get for all inclusive is not what we expected and it could be better. The charges are not cheep and it’s on the high side and for an all inclusive hotel you should get better food for the money you pay. Other than that all was perfect .

Stayed here to escape the cold weather, and celebrate my husbands birthday, and couldn't have made a better choice. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was also amazing. The room size was great, location was very convenient as there is heach access through the hotel and within walking distance to quinta avenida. Overall, we were very taken care of during our stay, we felt very safe, and appreciated making my husband feel celebrated. I look forward to being back!
