The staff were all friendly and had a lot of good information and generally pleasant and helpful. The property is beautiful and clean. The view from my balcony was fantastic and I loved my room. The included breakfast was good. Despite it being right off Quinta Avenida it was quiet and peaceful.

They sprayed in the room with our "stuff" in it without asking and acted like it was normal. Also paid Expedia in advance and after 1 hour of arguing had to pay again or leave when we arrived at 10PM

The view and sound of the ocean was just what we were looking for. Breakfast was decent but for some reason they didn't include a kids breakfast even though he was a registered guest. They rectified it and included his breakfast in the end. Staff were really kind.

On the beach hotel, plus a block from the 5th...so that beats anything! The breakfast at their restaurant overlooking the beach made it all worth it. The property is a bit old, the rooms were simple and lacked the amenities of a higher star hotel, such as tvs/room service/furniture...I mean, there were no hooks or chairs or dresser in our room to put our stuff, but I can overall say it was a pleasant stay. They accommodated us when we decided to extend our stay (and it was over the holidays)! We are pleased w this place, just wished they put a little love into their rooms, update/furnish a bit better.

The staff was great- they were very accommodating and made things happen :)! Pablo, Ruben and Gabriel, as well as the whole front desk team was great! Location of the hotel is very good, and the beach - one of the best for skimming!

This Hotel is right on the beach which made for a very relaxing stay. It’s also very close to 5th avenue and all of the restaurants, so strolling and finding great places for dinner are easy. Can’t beat the Pelicano for the price.

Great location, excellent staff. Can improve by obtaining a power plant as when we arrived was no power and we had to wait about 3 to 4 hours, could not check in, could not entered the room until power can back. No compensation for the inconvenience.
