Tough Without Water

Property is a sufficient place that's convieniently located in Playa del Carmen. The apartment's furniture and appliances are newer and in good working order. However, the apartment building's water pumped broke for 24 hours during my stay leaving me without running water or a flushing toliet. Property manager said there's nothing they could do (until the pump was repaired) and no alternative accomodation was arranged for me. I had to use public restrooms and a beach shower. Like a lot of places in Mexico, the apartment and common area floors are polished tile (or stone) which can be noisy (bring ear plugs) and dangerously slick when wet. Finally, the building's hot tub was drained and out of service.
