Nice hotel/condo close to beach

My family and I had booked a one bedroom condo here last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The building is safe and secure, and the staff is very friendly. They also had a cleaner come in every day which was really nice. The location is superb, as it was easy to get to the beach and 5th avenue. The only downside is the toilet is very slow to flush, so you just need a bit of patience. Also, the wi-fi is not the strongest, so you will have to hang out in the lobby for a better connection. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!

Inexpensive, great location and big rooms

This is a very good bargain hotel with a huge two room suite with sleeping for four people and a full kitchen for the basic room. It is next to a string of inventive restaurants and within 50 yards of Quinta, 400 yards to Mamitas Beach. Quiet, even though my room faced onto Tenth and the local sports stadium. Good wifi. The bad: Minimal cleaning service. Insufficient cutlery, glasses and plates to support even two people. The mattress is as hard as a rock. The TV is a lousy little CRT and is a blur from the bed. No English language cable. The pool is tiny and shaded. My room felt run down but I think others may be better. Advice: This is a good choice if you are not spending any time in the room, probably great for a couple with a child or two. I may even go back to this place.

Disapointing service with good location and price

The apartment is well located but not very clean. It says it has laundry service but it has not. The owner was sorry about it but didn't offer any alternative service or compensation. The hotel staff is not eficient enough and has to ask the owner about any single detail.

Great Condo Hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised by the facility and found it nicer than the pictures. The maids that came daily were great and left the place meticulous. The rooms are spacious, natural lighting/windows, and comfortable. It's not a luxury hotel, but is a very nice condo. The intersection is slightly busy and there is some low grade noise from the traffic. Very pleasant staff and stay!

Ubicación perfecta, instalaciones en buenas condiciones y el personal atento y agradable. Seria bueno detallar con antelación las cosas con las que cuenta el apartamento para no cargar u olvidarse cosas importantes, sobre todo de cocina. Muy recomendable.
