We stayed in a Privilege swimout room and thoroughly enjoyed it. I honestly don't feel there was a need for a butler other than booking reservations and getting our pool floats blown up though. The Privilege beach was a huge disappointment due to the fact that even though it's roped off they allow outsiders to constantly walk around and bug you about different things - selling sunglasses, hair braiding, vapes, etc. The reservation required food was excellent, Sakura being our favorite. The buffet was bland and nothing special. The Privilege restaurant had a nice buffet, nicer than the main one. None of us cared for our lunch at the Privilege restaurant. The steakhouse was good, as was the Italian restaurant. The vendors selling items in the main plaza on Saturday evenings were a complete sham. They sell the exact same things that are for sale in the gift shop, only twice the price. Unfortunately, two people in our group already purchased from the vendors before realizing the exact items were half the price in the gift shop. Entertainment was lacking, although the first night they had someone playing the guitar and he was excellent. The following two evenings were Spanish singing and dancing. Lots of people enjoyed it but we had no clue what they were saying so we didn't stay to watch. Karaoke was entertaining. The resort is huge so plan on walking quite a bit. The water area for children looked really nice for families that bring little ones.

They stay was good. They upgraded us to a swim up room which was nice . Alcoholic drinks were not strong unless you tip them. Tip for guests- Next day of your check in , you will receive a chit slid through the door stating sorry we missed you yesterday and asking you to go to the lobby to collect your coupon. It’s a trap to sell you a vacation package. You loose 90 mins of your stay talking to a sales person who will walk you around the property, take away your breakfast time and then if you don’t sign up for the TIMESHARE package , make you feel guilty that we wasted their time. Initially they sales team will speak nicely to you and say all they need is 90 mins of our to show around the property and in return they promised a trip to downtown, a bottle of tequila and a pendant . I never got my tequila bottle as they kept saying you need to talk to the person who promised and I could never find that person . This was the most annoying part about the stay . But rest was decent .

I was not happy that upon my arrival the amount for the 3rd room changed because I called in way before our arrival to ask that we be near each other. When I called to make this request the representative did not indicate there would be an additional charge. This was a surprise to us upon our arrival. And it was a hefty charge of almost a $500 difference. The bedrooms have a very odd odor that is not pleasing as you walk into the room. We were very happy with the food however the reservations process is not user friendly. We were only able to get into The Steakhouse during the stay. They do not have a jacuzzi area unless you are an associate. My husband was not able to relax in a jacuzzi after excursions. Certain areas are off limits.

Overall a very good all inclusive resort, restaurants are very good and buffet is above average for an all inclusive. Staff is excellent and very friendly, a shout out to Rosa our butler for our stay! Resort is just the right size and very walkable and has frequent trolly service to make things even easier. Beach is not for those who are coming to swim in the ocean and walk the beach as it is very narrow and full of seaweed but is perfect for just lounging in the sun. If the Pez Villa restaurant on the beach was turned into a breakfast and lunch buffet we would have never left the beach area! Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation and would return to this resort.

We had a nice experience at this property. The staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t encounter one person who wasn’t lovely! The property has a little age on it but nothing that impacted our stay. We appreciated getting to know Maria and Israel. Our friend’s butler, Alan, was helpful to the whole group.

We booked the Privilege Junior suite Pool View and we had an amazing experience. It is definitely worth it to upgrade to the Privilege section as we had our own Butler (Thank you Alan) and their amazing hospitality. They would contact us through WhatsApp, reply to any of our questions and requests in a timely manner. Pool service, and room service and much more. We are glad to stay at this resort. It was our 3rd time at the hotel. It is always a great experience. Food is exquisite as well. Everything is cooked to perfection- steak, salmon, chicken.
