Our room was very nice, however, the mini fridge never got filled unless I left a note. And this was not every time. They also did not clean our room two days in a row. I had to find washcloths myself on multiple occasions. I even called the front desk asking for washcloths and never received them. The food was mediocre at best. Drinks were good and fairly strong.

I had fun on this resort. First time in Mexico and enjoyed the whole 5 days exploring the resort. The only thing that was alarming is the safety of top balcony door would not stay locked and had to place a chair to keep and the dining options was limited to one visit with 5 day stay. Overall, the resort was nice, clean and friendly staff.

We liked the options for pools and bars, but the food really left a void for our family, although the buffet is well stocked some of the items were overcooked and dry, while others were undercooked. The restaurants requiring booking had nothing more special than the buffet and the cleaning service repeatedly left our back door unlocked, allowing wildlife to enter our room resulting in damaged personal items. The hotel took no accountability and simply cleaned the mess and said to lock the door, despite us locking the door every single time…

Beautiful layout, design, large rooms. Multiple pools. We enjoyed the family lounge and bowling alley!! Beach is not a reason to go to this resort. Good activities, very family oriented. Not a lot for teens or younger adults to do… 4 out of 6 got montezumas. They actually restock the mini fridge every day which was a nice touch.

This property was esthetically beautiful but may have had the worst food I’ve ever had at a hotel (buffet and restaurants). The steakhouse was the only place that used seasoning. They are all so deceitful when they charge you in pesos and it is more than what you were quoted in usd and they are not consistent. I was charged in usd and sometimes and then pesos ok other occasions. Efrain, butler in the Privilege building was exceptional. Rooms were nice but I wouldn’t stay here again

This was a perfect vacation getaway! We arrived in with a welcoming privilege by Paola who was very informative. Then the butler, Lily, brought us to our room. I can't even explain how awesome Lily is. If we needed anything she was always a message away, get anything we asked for, with a smile and easy to talk to. It was a true vacation and we will be back!

Beware, this hotel isn't five-star. At most, it's three-star. Starting with the rooms, which are very dirty. There's mold in the bathrooms, cracked floor tiles, dirty walls, and broken and rusty bathroom faucets and hardware.The mini-fridge doesn’t cool. The air conditioning in the rooms is warm, they had to move my family to another section and several other people I knew. The service is horrible; you have to beg for services, especially in the restaurant buffet, where the food has also very poor quality, with no variety at all. You have to make long lines for food that runs out quickly and take a long time to restock. There's no natural juice; in a tropical country, you can only find instant juices. The specialty restaurants don't have air conditioning, so be prepared to sweat when booking at each one. The hotel services are a scam, like the spa service. They sell you packages that they charge you for at checkout even if you haven't received them. We ended up paying $360 at checkout, and concierges Monserrat and David were incredibly inhumane and rude, demanding payment because they wouldn't let us leave the hotel, even proving we hadn't received the spa services. They just said that was their job—in other words, to steal from the customer. This is definitely a place where we will never return, and absolutely not recommended to anyone.

The property is beautiful and huge. The food is really good. My only hiccup was the staff being rude and sometimes unwilling to help. They were unapologetic when declining to offer assistance. They seem to favor the native customers/ Caucasian tourist to the black ones. Services or favors that were referred to as unavailable were accommodated for other customers. Also upon checking in they left me standing on the line (the last one waiting to check in) to go and assist the caucasians in the lobby.
