This property is one I would come back to. The entertainment staff were amazing and made us feel like family! Luna, Betto, Johnny and Ramsey were such a pleasure every day and were some of the kindest people I have ever met. They truly made our vacation and are a main reason why we would come back! The shows at night were also a highlight and the staff often got involved in them and even had audience come on stage. Food was amazing but dinner options are not ment for large groups, we had a group of 8 and although “no reservations” were needed we needed to wait up to 2 hours to be sat at the table and were often split into 2 groups of 4. The actual dinner took very long to serve and we often had to ask for the courses to be hurried along when our waiters would go missing. Front lobby staff and bartenders were not very outgoing or helpful and we often felt we were bothering them. It really depended on the server… either perfection or 30 min looking for someone to bring you a water. Pools were clean and we spent time by the “fun pool” where activities took place, there are quiet areas that were more relaxing but my group went for the more “party” time in addition to some relaxation. This resort is a good medium for party and relaxing and allows you to have both options. Overall I would recommend this resort but if you are someone who is apart of a large group and you don’t have patience, this resort is not for you unless you are planning to eat the buffet every day.

It was our second time back to this resort, and it was exactly as we remembered it. You can party at the activity pool, or if you want to be quiet and romantic you can find a spot at the quieter pools or your swim out (highly recommended). The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It didn’t feel like there was a language barrier at all! We also got a message at Spa Princess and they were phenomenal. 5 out of 5 - Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this resort and it doesn’t disappoint. The staff is super helpful and always very friendly. It’s always a good time there. Tons of shows and activities to do throughout the day. The swim up balcony room is a must!

This property was nice and well kept. The staff were amazing very freindly and they had service with a smile.. The food was great although we only ate at the rodeo grill and the Italian restaurant for the al acart options.. we fount the buffet was great and always had something good to eat. All in all it was a great time . We met alot of great people here it was nice !

Overall not bad. The food was good, be nice to have good Mexican food / tortilla chips and salsa available all the time. The swim up rooms are great and for the price you won't find better, if that's your thing. If you're beach people definitely do not come here. Terrible beach, more rocks than sand if you go in the water. Crews work hard to keep the seaweed cleaned up but it's just not a good beach area. Go to Negril if you want a great beach. The cost to get to the resort is ridiculous also. All major resorts should have their own shuttle service. Staff was okay. Some bad some some not. I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering you just for a drink at the bar. They do a great job keep the premises clean the kept up. Rooms are starting to show their age but their clean and good enough for the cost. 3 out of 5 unless you expect a good beach than 1.5 out of 5.
