Loved the sight, nice and quiet, plenty to do. The beach was a little seaweed-y but they did their best to keep up with it. Plenty of events on the resort but the resorts itself needs some updates, noticeably a little older in certain areas! Overall good place for a first time all-inclusive trip

This is our third time at a Princess Hotel, first time at the Yucatan. The staff at the resorts is the best of the best. We love the Chill Out beach and spent every day enjoying 5-star service. The main pool at the Yucatan is a blast, the entertainment staff are terrific. There are 4 all-inclusive restaurants that are extraordinary and no reservations needed, Chill Out is a pay restaurant, and we were disappointed in the seafood platter was very overcooked, but the ceviche and gauc are outstanding. We did not attend Sunset another pay for option. The resort is gorgeous, the landscaping and jungle vibes is our favorite. We love love love the animals. There are areas of facitily and rooms at the resort needs some TLC, there are missing tiles on the pool, baseboards are swollen and need repaired, and walkways that need concrete repaired. These areas are minor compared to the beauty and service. The evening shows are great and entertaining. I wish they were held outside or in a setting that is not so "conference-room" like as that isn't a space you really want to spend time at on vacation. We enjoyed a couples message & it was lovely but significantly overpriced as we were sold it as a couple, which is 2 & assumed the price was for 2, but it was per person. You pay an extra $70 USD per person for 30 mins in a hot tub, 3 strawberries and a bottle of the same champagne you get for free anywhere in the resort. I wouldn't choose this in the future. Also, felt misled.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. One of my biggest complaints will probably be on the dining options. The selection was not as wide as I’d liked for it to be outside of the buffet. And, sometimes certain options were closed. The staff gave us a schedule of open times & close times, but sometimes we were just leaving the pool wanting to grab a bite to eat. Also the buffet sometimes had stale and/or bland food. Most days were okay, but some were just awful. Other than that, wonderful stay! The staff was friendly & the swim out room was a really nice touch. We would consider staying again, but would browse other options first.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We stayed in swim up rooms, they were great and spacious. The pools are clean, the water aerobics classes were great. Portions at the restaurants could be better but the buffet is solid. It would be good to have a little coffee shop/coffee bar on the property but that’s not a complaint. The spa services were also excellent.

We had an excellent time. The staff there were phenomenal and always pleasant. There were lots of activities and it was nice to have the adult only of the resort but we could use the neighboring resort that had families.

This wasn’t a bad stay, but the cleanliness needs more work. We had to request our room to be cleaned more than once because no one came to clean it. We would need towels, toiletries, etc and I had to request it multiple times. The food was average, but the staff is very friendly.
