From the attentiveness from the staff and the Performances (entertainment) you can tell and feel the dedication on putting one of the best shows I’ve seen thus far, within this resort there are endless of activities that go on daily even with the beach experiencing sargassum the resorts and beach staff clean every morning providing the best they capable of to clean up parts of the beach so that others may experience the ocean of playa del Carmen.

Staff here are exceptional. Our Bellhop, Flavio, always checked in to ensure we had everything we might need. Umbertto, Ramses, and Luna were so much fun and led great pool activites....the nightly shows were fantastic. We always sat in Alberto's section in the buffet, he always had our usual drinks at the ready and shared some great laughs with us as we tried (and failed many times) to learn more Spanish. There will always be room for improvement at any establishment, but if the staff can make you forget about minor inconveniences and keep you smiling, its worth the trip every time.

First time staying in an adult’s only hotel and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and comfortable and even though the shower needs some upgrade the room was always clean. The food was amazing, always different. We want to thank Armando our server in the buffet for making our stay better. He is very polite, and friendly. I am pregnant and everyone in the hotel tried to accommodate me, from the guys at check in and everyone in the restaurants I will always be thankful to you. Really recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a great but relaxing time

Wifi was horrible in our room, but great everywhere else. Make sure you bring pants if your a man because you need to wear them for all the restaurants except buffet. Beach was still closed because of seaweed. Still a good trip.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The property was clean and well-maintained throughout, which definitely added to the sense of comfort. It’s a great place to unwind. The staff were one of the highlights; they were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Their attentiveness really made a difference in the overall experience. The dining options were decent. The à la carte restaurants were okay, but I actually found the buffet to be better in terms of variety and quality. Restaurants rotate which nights they're open, and while you don’t need reservations for the ones on the main property, you do need to book two days in advance with the concierge if you want to dine at the sister resort something to plan for if you’re staying only a few days. Nightly entertainment included 10PM shows, which were fine—nothing particularly memorable, but still a nice way to end the day. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, low-stress getaway with excellent staff and a laid-back atmosphere.
