y husband and I went on this trip. We were very comfortable, the staff was super attentive, clean, and respectful. I used the spa, and the staff was super attentive (it's expensive), but the steam room wasn't working. The food was excellent and clean. I've been there several times, and I only wish they would change the menu a bit. Thank you, Riu Palas Riviera Maya. I like it.
