The front activity pool filter was not good, dirty water coming out of jets. The restaurant situation is the worst I’ve ever seen. Some nights there was 45 tables ahead of us. We got seated at 10:30pm. Open up a nightly buffet, we were so disappointed in this, probably won’t return. I’ve been here 2 times and it wasn’t this way. We love the resort, it’s beautiful, that was only concerns. We had a great visit.

Our stay overall was good, I was expecting more for the price to be honest. The building is already showing wear and tear even though it is newer. None of the elevators were ever fully functional while we were there and for our room we can only access using it one set. Getting to and from our room took forever, because one whole tower was sharing one elevator our entire stay. We got bamboozled at check in to go through the properties “unlimited” rewards program presentation and we had to repeatedly say no to three different people that we were not interested. The pressure to sign up was very uncomfortable. The presentation also was only supposed to last 90 minutes and it went 3 hours. When you eat at the steakhouse, you have to purchase steak and lobster, it is not included. The lobster tail was $110 which seemed a little expensive. The speakeasy in the pharmacy could have been really fun but it smelt like throw up immediately when you walked in. The smell was very overwhelming. The shows at night were underwhelming. It was the same group of people doing slightly different things each night. The lead female singer is very talented and has an amazing voice. The pools were nice but the spots fill up fast and they don’t seem to have enough space for both Secrets and Impressions guests to use the pools. The food overall was ok, nothing spectacular. Our room was great and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The spa was great and our massages were super relaxing.

From the moment we arrived it was clean and luxury. Even their daily cleans of the room were comprehensive. Special shoutout to the free activities at the beach (paddle boarding, kayaking, hobie cat, and others) the staff there were so helpful on knowledge surrounding the area. The lagoon all the way to the last pool were wonderful and provided a variety of calm to liveliness. The Cenotes were noticeably heated. I chose this resort specifically to have an all inclusive with good food and it was great. I could rave on and on about every detail, there was not one thing I would change.

This is by far the most amazing place to stay. Everyone is so amazingly kind and welcoming and it’s refreshing to be in such a beautiful place with amazing rooms, great pools, and some of the best beachfront views and sand I’ve ever walked on. Hands down would recommend to anyone because nothing compares to the amazing rooftop pool, amazing food and great drinks and even the amazing nightclub and theater! 10/10 very pleasant time!

I have been to so many resorts in Mexico and this facility, the staff and the ambience were the best we have experienced, no question. We will be back. I loved the food and that the options and times for food were so plentiful. Janeth, our concierge, was incredibly helpful and so kind. Eddie, our housekeeper, kept our room so beautiful and was so sweet. Benito, our server, was so funny and helpful- and super fast! Rosario and Carmen are both so sweet and made me feel welcome and like I was their friend getting coffee.
