We did not stay

We booked the apartment two months before Christmas. When we arrived nobody didn’t wait us. The receptionist said, your apartment is busy and we don’t have any room for you. We asked him to contact with the manager. After that he said, take taxi and go to another hotel for 3 days, We did not get any sorry and they don’t want to return money!
