Good stay at a good price. The location is solid, just a short walk away from 5th ave so mostly peaceful and quiet away from all the noise. Only noise was hearing people in the halls and doors slamming shut, but this was very minor and not disruptive in the evenings. As other reviews have mentioned, the power/water did go out for half a day in the 3 days I stayed here. But this didn't seem exclusive to the hotel as other nearby shops and areas on 5th ave were also affected. Roof top deck and pool are also a great addition. Overrall would stay here again

Wonderful little hotel! Located in a very central area, a short walk to Walmart and down to the touristy streets with markets and restaurants. A 10ish minute walk to Mamitas beach. Convenient pick up location nearby for excursions and day trips. The hotel is quiet and clean (unless construction works are being performed), has no issues with hot water in the shower which is great. Regular daily cleaning services. There’s a rooftop with a few amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, bbq area. The pool area is shaded from 3pm so if you want some tanning you have to be in the morning. Beds are comfy (the mattress is firm) we had a king bed room with a little balcony overlooking the trees, a kitchenette with a fridge. Pretty limited closet space but the usual for hotels I think. Helpful desk staff and sweet cleaning ladies. :) Definitely recommend! Good price for the value.

Hotel was nicee! Hot water doesnt work :( Leave shade down in order to let the room cool down. Hotel doesn’t have air, your room does. Beautiful pool view! Areas seem sketchy but was super safe. I went alone and didn’t have any problems! Be prepared for long walks or book taxi.

I booked a Deluxe Loft and upon arrival I was put in their basic studio room and no refund for difference paid given back. This room had no loft, no balcony, not even a window. Reservation staff refused to move me to a more appropriate room or move me to their sister property. So far they are no responding to Expedia either. Horrible service. Avoid any Bunik property.

The property was quiet and clean, close enough walk to the beach but without the noise of Avenida. Wish they could get the safe to work. I can't compare with many other hotels, I know this hotel doesn't have as many features as others but the building is well cared for and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating The room contained everything that we needed ( AC,WiFi,Fridge, Microwave, Pool). I highly recommend staying here.

I liked the staff and the location. I didn’t like not having hot water in the shower and I was very disappointed that they-rented the room next to me to a group of 5 guys( the occupancy is 2) who were partying all night and the rooms are connecting. So you could hear everything.
