This vacation rental is the located in the only complex with its own beach club restaurant on site in downtown Playa del Carmen. With a beautiful heated pool, jacuzzi,& amenities including, Beach club restaurant, world-class gym (The Gym), and spa, this property has it all! This is a unique condo complex with individual owners, yet all professionally managed by one company providing continuity and the highest level of service in Playa.

Gorgeous three-bedroom penthouse with an amazing rooftop that includes a dining area, space for relaxation and Jacuzzi with gorgeous views to the Caribbean Sea and white sand beaches. It features one king size, one queen size and 2 twin size beds (or another king size instead of two twin size beds). Perfect for groups or big families.

The condo has 24-hour security and 24-hour maintenance, along with underground parking for one car. Daily maid service (except Sunday and holidays) included.

Spacious and comfortable accomodation

The location of this property is ideal and the unit itself is wonderful. Due to previous hurricanes the beach club did not exist when we were there. The beach has eroded away so that was disappointing although no fault of the condo owners or the property management.

Beautiful condo, but beach club no more.

The property was lovely, and photos were accurate of the condo and interior amenities but the beach club is really non- existent. Hurricane several years ago really destroyed what was once a beautiful beach we remembered from a previous visit. Dishwasher was not working, which was unfortunate. Interior racks had been removed, so it was a known issue. This created much additional work during a vacation to do dishes by hand. Condo staff / management offered to have housekeeping do dishes on a daily basis, but we didn't want dirty dishes sitting around between visits. One of the main living room blinds didn't work- and couldn't be raised at all. Finally, the grill on the (beautiful) rooftop deck didn't have any knobs upon arrival. They were able to locate some for us, but after the second use, the caught fire and melted because they were plastic. So, a few issues that caused some disappointments, but in general a beautiful, spacious condo with multiple private outdoor seating locations, comfortable beds and a wonderful view.
