Small but very nice property. Food was amazing. Location unbeatable right at 5th avenue. Beach not great but walk 5 mins towards Hilton and u have a great beach. My room had balcony facing the street and very loud at nights, so tough on sleep. Overall excellent value property.

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I never had been to Mexico. But wow, although the resort is small and a little dated. The service makes up for it all. David the host for the entertainment, Pablo and Jesus for the pool service were beyond amazing. Everyone was attentive to our needs. I really can’t wait to book it again.

The food was good. Just didn’t like we didn’t have a good beach area. It was more of a port for boats, definitely couldn’t get in the beach, but we were close to the 5th avenue if you like all the shops and bars and good for walking.Also we need to make reservations for all dinners. Was expecting more entertainment and more activities during the day.

A good vacation

Came to escape the cold at home. Wanted to relax and catch up on our reading. Both were accomplished here. Entertainment in the evenings was amazing…great acrobatics and dancing. However there is no beach here for swimming. Lounge chairs around the pool are claimed early in the morning and one is easily left out. Cabanas which you must rent daily take up most of the area around the pool. Food in the buffet is lukewarm or stale. Best is to have what the line chef is cooking. Food in the specialty restaurants was good. Fun trying all the bar drinks. Staff in the hotel were all friendly and ready to help.

First time in Cancun/Playa and we enjoyed our stay here. Love how everything is so close, but also has different restaurant options in the hotel to choose from as well. Everyone is superrrrrr nice and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again!

The service here is impeccable, everyone is so nice and accommodating. Every space was very clean and well decorated to give the full luxury beach resort experience. And every activity we did was so well coordinated by the staff, making sure our itinerary was as smooth as possible. The only slight annoyance we had was staff coming to ask of we wanted sevices when we prefer to be left alone and ask for those things ourselves, but i understand they just wanted offer us everything that was available to us.

Overall, this is a wonderful resort with many perks. The buffet is delicious and different every day. The restaurants are delicious. The staff is very kind and there are activities all throughout the day. The spa was a whole experience that was affordable and very relaxing. The only major downside is that it is not truly beach front in the way that you don’t have a beach available to lay on or go out and swim directly off the resort though that is only a short walk away.

Everyone was very good to us here. The kids had a blast. I wish they had a pool with steps to get in and out of easier and I wish there was a way to limit people coming down to the pool at 6 and claiming chairs for the whole day. It was a super stay and you couldn't ask for a nicer staff.We will be back

I gave this a three overall solely based on food and solicitations. We checked in late and had a rough travel day and were just looking to check in and they were trying to sell us on a room upgrade and other services clearly not reading our demeanor of being exhausted and then other staff members while at the pool trying to sell us on spa treatments. The food was also fair to say the least. Lacks variety buffet that is open for all three services was very underwhelming, steakhouse for dinner didn’t prepare the food the way the menu described. Had an average, but better meal and service at their Italian restaurant.

love this place we stayed in a beach walk out room. room was great staff was super friendly. the food was not so great and now they charge for room service. other than that i love this place the view and close the 5th ave walking distance. i would stay here again
