This hotel was in a convenient spot. The restaurant /bar and the staff were very friendly. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. Thank you for everything.

The hotel rooms are very basic, and dated, but clean. There was no blow dryer. AC was cool, but noisy. It was fine for one night before we flew home. Very close to the beach. The breakfast was a full breakfast and filled us up for the morning. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s a small pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. If I were staying for a longer period I would book one of the villas which looked lovely and updated.

The Staff was friendly, the girl on the front desk knew little English thought was very helpful and tried really hard to communicate everything to us. The rooms were nice and clean. The views to the garden were amazing.

This was our second visit to this property. The small suites are absolutely perfect. The breakfast, and restaurant i general is good, though the dinner and lunch options are better. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, steps to the beachand close to restaurants. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit outdated but it has its charm and style. It's a complex with cabins and building with regular rooms. We got spacious, clean room with balcony. It's 5-minut walk from the beach. Breakfast was tasty and service attentive.

We had a great vacation in Costa Rica and chose this hotel for our last night because it's near the Liberia airport. The photos online look MUCH nicer than what our room looked like. Our room's window looked into the hotel hallway. The beds were springy and old. The bathroom wall tiles had holes in them. It was not worth what we spent. We stayed at another hotel in Arenal that was amazing for not much more money per night. The only plus is that the staff was friendly.

Would not go here solo as a female.

There are no phones in the room, nor a number to call the front desk for emergency. Had an instance where I was being harassed by another guest and afraid to leave my room to get help. Eventually contacted the front desk and they did escort me to another room away from the other guest, but there was not a chain lock of the door. The next day the morning crew knew nothing about my incident. So no one was looking out for me. The area of the hotel is next to a camping hostel, but there were people sleeping on the beach and road. Overall the location didn't seem safe for solo traveler.

Excellent stay!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. On our checkout day we wanted to do a tour in Playa Coco and they held our bags for a few hours. The grounds were well kept. We had a little patio with rocking chairs that was comfortable to sit on while we made plans for the day. The hotel is a block from the beach and the walk is easy. Very close to restaurants and a small market if you need anything. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room itself was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well. I'd stay here again if we were in the area.

Great Location enjoyabe stay

The location was great, a block from the beach and close to a convenience stores. I breakfast included was a great bonus and we enjoyed the pool. The grounds are very nice.
