This hotel is a subpar facility and I would think twice before ever staying here again. My first two nights were a complete disaster, requiring three room changes due to serious issues that should never occur in a properly managed property.
In the first room, the bed was uncomfortably hard—like sleeping on a brick—and the TV did not work. In the second room, the TV still did not work, the toilet was broken, and the air conditioning stopped working - and they had to bring me a fan to cool the room. I have to go through all it is before finally being moved into a decent room.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. That same evening at dinner, I was harassed by the general manager, Javier, becasue he said dinner was not included in my package. Even if there had been confusion, given everything I had already experienced, basic hospitality would suggest offering a complimentary meal or accommodation as a gesture of goodwill, which never occurred.
Any reputable hotel would have made a genuine effort to correct these issues and ensure a positive guest experience after so many disruptions. This hotel did not.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend staying here and would strongly encourage travelers to consider other hotels to avoid similar frustrations and a comfortable hotel stay.
