Great proprietors, great staff, relaxing and quiet property that is walking distance to the town square.

The room was spotless and the staff courteous and friendly. The hotel is lovely and full of history .

This was a nice place for a week. Clean, cozy, and comfortable.

As always this place was fantastic. We try to stay there anytime we are up there visiting our son at App State. Clean rooms, great customer service and the price is better than staying at a hotel for what you are getting. Like home away from home. Our youngest son really enjoys the fishing pond.

This place is awesome. Looks like a gingerbread house from Germany. Rooms are awesome. The spiral staircase is gnarly Will stay here again

It was really clean yes outdated but it made it even more cozy .. the only thing I didn’t like was a loud bang every 45 minutes couldn’t tell where it was coming from but I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone will be back for sure
