The hotel is one of the best I have visited in the world. The service, the staff at all levels were exceptional. The food in the dining room was excellent. Each of the hotel staff went out of their way to do us good. Really great. Highly recommend.

All of the above. Everything was perfect, the villa, the beautiful grounds of the La Pirogue, breakfast and dinner buffets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recomend!

Staff are lovely. Food is fantastic. Aircon is a bit hit and miss but think they are having an upgrade soon. Everyone made every effort to make our holiday special. Would highly recommend

Hotel was good and staff excellent. I tried to cancel day 6 of our stay, I gave them 5 days notice that my flight was for Jan. 25th. there accounting office would not refund day 6. I will not stay or or encourage anyone else to stay there because of there attitude. It may cost them more in lost sales than the 1 night not refunded.
