Upon check in, I asked the attendant at the counter what the total on the credit card was, he said the room was already paid, I then asked what the total was, to which he replied $227. Expedia charged me $324
The initial room was dirty, with crumbs in the pull out bed sheets which had not been changed in a while. The main bed had hair on it. The floor was littered with crumbs. Upon the initial visit to the front desk, the attendant was quick to inform me that he was all alone and that the replacement shift would be in at 12:00, maybe they would be able to help me. The time was 21:00. After informing him that this was unacceptable and reflecting rather quickly, he offered a second room, and invited us to make sure it was up to our standards.
The second room was better, although this time the pullout had no bedding. After approximately 4 visits to the front desk, the sleeping conditions were somewhat passable for a tired crew of travellers.
