Breakfast was well appointed, with dietary options.
Luckily we didn't require a view, because it was the rear car park. It was however an incredibly long walk back to our car outside our window for the one thing we needed after getting into bed.
Best placed hotel in Tauranga/Mount area, right next to the water. Had a great room overlooking harbour. Small gripes, but, please, all quality international hotels I have used recently allow credit card authorisation on arrival by Apple Pay from phone (if your are an iPhone user). Please check and upgrade your systems! And, a 5 or 6 number key code to put in room lock every time you want to unlock door, please, everyone still uses key cards, even environmentally friendly wooden ones!!
Great hotel, recommend to one and all!
The check in experience wasn’t very smooth as the property uses passcodes rather than tap cards. The passcode dials on the doors are very tiny. Not a major but not convenient. Also, to enable GOKI app for door unlocking, there was no booking code to be found in any email comms. Had to ask the reception

The hotel needs to install an app for opening the door, otherwise we have to manually input about 8 digits every single time: the world 1st most inconvenient door. I HATE those spam app!!!
Awesome hotel. Only thing letting it down is the check in process with the key app. It takes way too long! We checked in on a Sunday evening & it took 20mins to check in because it took so long for the people in front of us to sort out the app. Its ridiculous, get rid of it. Give yr guests a damn key card.
Excellent location and overall hotel conditions — everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Great variety on the restaurant menu and a consistently enjoyable dining experience throughout the stay.
The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service — attentive, professional, and always willing to help.
Beautiful room over water let down by water damaged doors on laundry in bathroom and water damaged skylight felt for cost of room upkeep should have been up there to meet pricing
Hi we stsyed one night and also had dinner in the onsite restaurant.
The check-in was excellent.
The waiting staff were superb in the restaurant. Our 2 waiters jacob and ross were absolutely awesome. Jacob went out of his way to give us impeccable service. Not saying ross didnt he did as well. But Jacob was our main waiter
I would highly recommend trinity wharf. The food was amazing and wouldnt hesitate to go back again.
