I thought the staff were excellent. Issues in my room were taken care of immediately. The breakfast felt like it should be free. Shower water could have been hotter.

Room was clean but nothing fancy. Worst part of our stay was all the hockey teams… kids running in the halls and slamming doors. I called the front desk at 1030 to inquire about quiet hour and was told it started at 10. Front desk staff said he would come up to address the noise. Not sure if he did? They continued to run around, scream and slam doors until well after midnight.

Great facility, room, swimming pool and wonderful staff. Being close to highway was loud from car noise all through day & night. Also, kids from hockey teams were nuisance throughout stay. Unfortunately, this relaxing time was a nightmare. Otherwise, would have been a wonderful stay at this holiday inn.
