Shabby condition… Room do with an update! Bed had a dip in it. Furniture was old & out of style. Blinds were frayed & did not offer total block out. Although the room had a lounge, there was plenty of room for a table & 2 chairs which would have helped make the space more user friendly. An alarm clock and usb charging ports would also be a good addition.

The only thing that I liked was the position There are further comments such as the actual room given was not that I paid for it was supposed to be 1 king bed but there was also a single bed that was not the superior king room with ocean views overall I was very disappointed

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We arrived really late and the receptionist was very pleasent. We had a corner room which overlooked the bay. The room was clean and tidy with a balcony, unfortunately there was no lift. It was easy to get to and was in a very good location. There was on site parking and a small swimming pool at the front of the hotel. We walked across the road where the sign said you could see whales, but we didn't see any at the time of our trip which was a shame. Overall very good.

I had a very late check-in and had notified reception in advance. The late check-in procedure was seamless, simple, and made gaining access very easy - thank you. Unfortunately, I was woken by the evacuation bell and alert. While this was not the fault of the premises, I observed the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. They were assisting and answering questions for everyone directing them all to the evacuation area, which was very clearly organised. I wanted to highlight this so management is aware that the staff were sensible, in control, and extremely helpful.

Great beach location with amazing see views. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. The receptionist (lee I think) was 1st class. We arrived a few hours early, checked to see if were able to park and she offered to check us in straight away. I also witnessed her run from her desk to help a disabled person in the carpark. One thing to consider when booking is there's no lifts. Although there are notes to say that staff will help with any cases. You can be on the beach within minutes and there's plenty of places to eat within a short walk.
