The room was an excellent size and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately the double room was advertised as 2x large double beds, however when we got there one room had a double bed and the other room was 2x singles. We had arrived too late in the afternoon for housekeeping to alter the beds - it may pay to call ahead if you need to confirm the room configurations. Despite the bed mix up, would definitely stay here again

I booked and paid for an Ocean View Room via Wot-If and I did NOT have this room. I was given a room over a spa / pool where a bunch of teenagers from 5 pm to 9 pm were yelling and screaming and then the following morning until 9.30 am, the same yelling and screaming where you could not even sit out on the balcony and have a cup of tea for breakfast. We had to have the balcony closed off and blinds down and sleep in a box. Not an enjoyable night and morning and a cell in Goulburn Goal would probably be more comfortable. Would I stay in your hotel again, No. I thought staying in a Mantra hotel would provide a certain level of comfort but I was mistaken. I was also completely mislead of the room that I paid for and I will lodge a complaint with the ACCC.
