Rooms were well kept and clean. Hallway and entrance - very out dated and sad looking. Staff friendly. Slightly unorganized in regards to restaurant. Bit of a awkward situation with the restaurant on site. Closed on Sunday and Monday; limited options around town.

Good central location to see surrounding area. Room was clean and spacious and bed comfortable. Restaurant on site was handy. Room was a little dated, a bit run down and we could hear noise from adjoining rooms but all in all a good place to stay.

The property was nice for the small town it was in. Plug in the bathroom did not work. Unfortunately they got notice when we checked in the water was going to be shut off at 8AM the next morning. Was somewhat inconvenient. The lady at reception was wonderful. No elevator which for seniors carrying suitcases is very inconvenient.

Room was clean & bed comfortable, but on way through the halls to get there saw the staff cleaning equipment and all their storage, recycling bins, etc which was a bit of a turn off...wasn't necessary as could have closed those doors.

+ location is convenient. Half an hour away from Bonavista. There are not that many large hotels in Bonavista, if you need various room types, this is a good choice. - wall is thin. - included breakfast is a 12 CAD coupon for the restaurant next door. Be ware you can only choose the two options mentioned in the coupon, and the restaurants did not remind you of that.
