We didn’t sleep through noise from the air con even though switched off. Rang down tried to stop it didn’t work. In morning told we would get a refund if we contacted Expedia . We did and they didn’t give the refund even though the manager promised it. If you want any to be very tired from or going to a flight stay here worst night sleep ever

Best describes as FANTASTIC! Brilliant staff, great location, immaculate room, hood value restaurant. Easy access to Newcastle via Airport Metro and just a short walk to the Airport Terminal.

The lady on reception when we arrived was very abrupt and not customer focused very unpleasant experience. The lady in the bar was also very poor, although one one of the waiters was 100%. The room was ok but there was a noise all night. I contacted reception and they said it would stop in 20 mins it didn’t.

Staff great. Food OK for a hotel, beer ok. The problem was the temperature. In the reception and bar area they kept the inside doors open on a freezing cold day, so every time the outside doors opened, we got blasted. Hotel room was either too hot, or too loud with the aircon on.

The breakfast is the reason for the 4 star. The choices were good but the food temperature was below below recommended requirements. I would recommend the hot plates need upgrading or set up earlier to keep the good hot.
