Our stay was fantastic except that housekeeping did not come and clean our room. We stayed 3 nights and I asked the front desk twice if housekeeping could come and they said yes but no one came. The rest of our stay was amazing and the front staff were very kind and helpful!

Really nice short stay experience. The staff is very friendly, quite and clean room, and the location was ideal. The one regret we have is the price of parking at the hotel. Besides it being high, there were not more cost effective recommendations made to us (despite us learning there are a few available).

The accommodations and staff were great! Also location was great and in walkable distance within the city center and public transportation is there pretty much as you step out the door. Being in city center area makes it a bit busy and just weary of people on the streets. The lobby seemed small but once I discovered the lounge, it made sense to me to have a bit more secluded and larger space away from the entrance. They held my bags after checking out and I was able to go explore a little more.

Staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing is that room service didn't come when the front desk told me they were scheduled and we had to ask repeatedly for them to come. They only came once during our 3 night stay.
