Thin walls

The room was lovely but the walls were thin. We got a noise complaint at 4:30 in the afternoon for playing music and it was not loud at all. The bed was also uncomfortable. The staff were amazing and the location is fantastic

Good hotel!

The room was nice and quiet and our bed was very comfortable. The only thing was that the blackout blinds didn't fully close, but that is pretty common with hotels. The staff was very nice and professional and the location was very convenient.

This hotel is a great location. You are walking distance to so many things downtown. The hotel was clean and safe. We stayed here with our two small children and it was a home away from home for us.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The only issue we had was that the room was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. There was hair in the bath tub and some trash had been left behind.

The service by the staff and amenities were excellent. The only area that needs improvement is the rooms that showed signs of wear and tear.

The homeless around the building made it hard to get in and out. My room had a broken toilet. The sink would not drain. The chairs had unknown bodily fluid on them had to change room the toilet was broken in the new room as well.

Parking is a premium, so budget for that.

The Reception Desk was being handled by Xavier. He went out of his way to make sure that I could check in despite having lost my wallet. Let's just say that he helped me to be creative knowing that I had driven from Sacramento.
