Room wasn’t like what the pictures displayed. We were greeted but weren’t checked into our room right away as more guest approached even tho w were their first. Staff didn’t feel very welcoming and we got out in a closet of a room.

More like an elevated hostel. The location is amazing. The hotel was not as clean as I’d like, though. Our bathroom also had no body wash for 2 days, and it only got refilled after I asked 3 times. They did bring plenty of towels but did not check and refill the soap when doing so.

Central hotel, spacious room - only one downside.

Check in and out was quick, staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean. The hotel is central and you are a stone's throw away from Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Soho, Chinatown etc. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was there was a gap in the toilet door so others could see/hear everything from the toilet, you could see through the privacy screen and there was a gap, above, below and an actual gap in the door so if someone else was getting ready outside near the mirror, they could see you on the toilet! If you're not bothered about privacy whilst using the toilet, it's fine but if you are, just to warn you, it's mortifying.

Clean room in accessible location with lots of dinning, entertainment and public transportation nearby. Bathroom really needs a shelf; nowhere to place toiletries or change of clothes and water from shower splashed everywhere (typical in Europe). Other than that it was great!

Our room lacked privacy. The whole bathroom wall was glass. If I had a family I wouldn’t feel comfortable showering in there. The room also didn’t have a window and felt unsafe in the case of an emergency. The room was completely dark with no lights other than the overhead ones, causing me to feel disoriented in the mornings. The house cleaning services also never took any dirty linens and just kept leaving more of them in the room, we also were never given more toilet paper and had to go ask the front desk. Other than that it was pretty good

The property is located in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. Walking distance from all main attractions and close to public transportation. The rooms are very clean and quiet and staff very friendly. They do not provide hair dryer and iron. I recommend to bring an outlet adapter to plug your electronic devices. Overall, it offers the essentials that you need to have a comfortable stay.

Hotel personnel was very friendly and supportive, but getting to the room with a person with special needs was a challenge, as there were steps twice on the way to get there. Also the room didnt have a window, a TV, a table, chair, or even a suitcase rack.

This hotel is very clean and eco-friendly. But do not ask the people that work there any questions about London, they have to google everything. But any questions about the hotel are quickly answered. The hotel was in the prefect location for our vacation.

Comfortable bed, good location but a bit dirty in the streets, would not do early check in or hold our bags without astronomical fees! Bathroom situation was odd with a smoky glass door that you could see silhouettes through which and sharing a room with teens awkward!

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable!!

Immediately walking in we were greeted with low lighting, calm atmosphere and friendly staff. We were a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 children staying for just one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The area around the hotel is so crowded and loud but you feel like you are on a different planet once inside. We had a cocoon 8 room with 2 double bunks. The beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and the bathroom was top notch!! Once we all came in for the night and turned off the lights the room was dark and we were able to get the best sleep we have had in a week!! If we come back to London we will be staying here again!!!

Overall ok stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed one night. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation lines so that is a plus. The rooms are small! - Our shower steam set off the smoke alarms. No windows. No TV. We arrived around 10 am from our international flight. Immediately as we walked in we were greeted by staff but not a friendly attitude they mostly just want to get you "processed" and out of the way. The hotel charges to keep your luggage stored (this was the only hotel that did so throughout our travels within Europe). For that, I didn't care too much to come back. I would say its a good place to lay your head. The room we stayed in had a smell almost like wet surface or mild moldy smell. 7/10 would be my rating. I did appreciate there was a security guard keeping watch of the entrance throughout the night and early morning.

Convenient efficiency room for short stay

The is was a beautiful hotel! Very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the air not working so they immediately moved us to another room which was good since there are no windows for air flow. The only complaint we had about the room is the that the bathroom walls and door are transparent. I was traveling with my teenage son so we would have appreciated some privacy.
