Great, except room change

Booked room with sofa bed in case son joined us on trip. Given room with a chair and no sofa bed. Son did join us and had to sleep in floor.

Price was very high for the quality. Pay to park is a joke at this hotel. Over time our travels have always included free breakfast. And, the quantity was terrible for the price. It is making us think twice about Marriott.

They had a serious noise issue. we asked the stuff to change the room they said all the rooms are full. We checked out two days earlier. It was really bad.

Beds need updating.

The Staff was great and helpful. The rooms were clean. The king bed was a bit uncomfortable and slanted inward toward the middle especially on one side. The sofa bed was also not very comfortable

One of the finest hotels with wonderful employees

This place is incredible. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. The personnel were very helpful when I needed help with something and accommodating in every way. The price was even quite incredible especially considering the high class hotel that it is.

We arrived late and were welcomed warmly by the staff who were in transition. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We didn't use them, but the pool area and gym looked nice.
