The ceiling paint in the pool area is chipping and falling. Wish the restaurant at the hotel had more food options and was opened with a clear sit down menu. The Starbucks had limited options as well. However, the staff were very pleasant, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very good location! Love downtown portland! I did call to have a crib in the room a couple days before our arrival but it was not one in the room that we were assigned to. The housekeeping opened our door early in the morning 8 ish but did not ever come back to clean our room or gave clean towels. The front desk people are very nice and welcoming.

Great Stay in Portland

Room was great and front desk was also great. Need to get an ATM installed instead of sending people to the hotel next door. Condition of pool room needed some work. Pool/water was fine, as were seating and towels, but some signage on the pool with the water depth needed to be cleaned, there is paint peeling on ceiling and walls, and the clock needs batteries as it didn't work. Minor stuff, overall.

Booked the hotel to stay an extra day in Maine. Nothing special, just an average hotel stay. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy. For some reason house keeping woke us up at 9:00 am (when check out is at 11:00 am) knocking on the door loudly and they opened our door with their card, they were about to walk in when my husband got to the door in time to close it. Keep in mind we were in our undies so that wasn’t good …

Wonderful

A really great room, and great location. Front desk girl could’ve been friendlier, but other staff was very kind and helpful. The toilet was not flushing correctly and leaking, but the grumpy redhead, and malfunctioning toilet are my only complaints!
