A young lady named Remi (sp.?) checked me in on 1.23.2026 and then when I went downstairs a little later there were no guests at the front desk, so we chatted for a while. Hotel was nice, but we left our car in the long term parking area! The whole reason we choice this hotel, And our window got mashed in! Don’t know when it happened was not notified that it happened, but they do have cameras! And was told that we have to make the police report! Why offer this service if you don’t care about you customers property! Happened some time between 1/18 and 1/26. Don’t offer it if you don’t check or care!

Amenities not super. Cheap toilet paper, shampoo in both the shampoo and the conditioner bottles—beware! No free breakfast, restaurant closed for dinner. You have to pay $12 to park overnight. Tissues ran out -only 2 left! Didn’t try pool.

I can't believe there wasn't free parking. Staff was a bit uncaring. The room was very small and cramped. The hotel is right by the freeway. This is convenient when driving, but not for sleeping. The shower was curved and felt unsafe. I am disabled, and required a second person to climb in and out. There was a grab bar in the shower (good) but no bar to climb out (bad). The only thing to hold on to is the towel rack, and that looked flimsy. There was a breakfast buffet.... For money. I didn't buy it. There was a coffee maker in the room, but it was stacked up in a corner like an afterthought (the room was small). It felt like the room was inexpensive because of everything else was an extra fee. This hotel should not have a high rating on your site. I wouldn't stay here for free.
