There were so many hidden charges. Parking had to be valet ($45 a day) and then there was a daily $35 fee with a use or lose it at the property. It was much more expensive than we planned and our room didnt even get cleaned nor did we get new towels. The shower leaked every where.

The area is just amazing with plenty to do and see - most within comfortable walking distance. The dining and shopping is amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Not only does the staff go out of their way to make sure your stay goes well, but housekeeping found an expensive sweater I had inadvertently left in the wardrobe and the hotel notified me right away. The hotel offered to ship it through a third party shipping company, I opted to pay a fairly priced fee, and I received it very quickly! My husband and I have stayed here before and will certainly be back!

While the staff at the hotel is nice and attentive, the property needs a major renovation. Our “junior suite” felt old, one of the windows didn’t work and would not stay open, some plugs didn’t work, same as 2 of the lamps, the bathroom is dark and the furniture looks old and somewhat damaged. The mattress was ok but terrible pillows. The sofa bed was horrible. We decided to leave 1 day before even though we had paid for the night.
