Staff wasn't very welcoming. When I called for noise complaint, the front desk left me on hold for 15 minutes. After hanging up and calling back for another 5 minutes. I the the elevator down from the 18th floor and when I get to the front desk, it was empty and the receptionist was just on the computer. I reminded him that I was on hold for 15 min and called the another 5 min and his response was that it just cleared up. After saying the resort fee for the entire stay would be waived, the day shift receptionist said they would do 2 days instead of the 5 days. Will not stay here again.

Great attention to details that matter to guests. Crown moldings, framed artwork, rain shower plus wand, comfortable bed with cozy covers and best quality sheets, bathtub plus separate walk-in shower, and much more. Valet parking a must in this unsafe area but is $60 a night. Nice bar with friendly and accommodating staff throughout.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra set of bath towels and they were delivered in two minutes. This is by far the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. I did not hear a single guest, door, or elevator for 4 nights.
