Hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Room is very plain, but has everything you need if just staying one night. Breakfast was basic but good. It was clean and we felt safe, which is what matters most to us. Parking was free for the nights staying at the hotel.

There is nothing within walking distance. However, there is a complimentary shuttle if it's available to take you to a nearby shopping area/restaurants. Didn't realize there were Tru hotels without a pool. When they registered me at the property, they had a better rate than on orbitz and tried to tell me that Orbitz would update the rate to match--they didn't. They were running out of breakfast food at 745 AM which seemed kind of weird. If you need an overnight stay by the airport it was fine.

Like the cool format of Tru- employees so so.

I always like the Tru hotels and this one had the features I like but staff was eh, not motivated to help. It felt like they were acting like a budget hotel with all the restriction like the key to get the elevator going, keys to get in the hotel even during the day and the parking ticket situation was ridiculous ( mine didn’t work after being validated and when you push the bottom for assistance it’s someone at a parking company off site. I had to back out go back in and get another ticket and was late for a meeting).
