Three days in Porto

Lovely welcome from very helpful staff. Short but steep walk the hill from Campanha train station. Quiet and relaxing hotel with a garden.

Disappointing experience. The bathroom fan in our suite never worked during our stay, even after several requests and promises to fix it. The humidity caused visible mold in the bathroom, and it was never cleaned or repaired. Staff were polite but did not take real action. For a 4-star hotel, this was unacceptable.

Nice friendly staff at front desk

I arrived at the hotel from the Campanha station, and it was an uphill climb. Vonce at the front desk gave me several tips how to navigate the steep hills, by using an alternate way. This was without me having to ask. He was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. Would stay again.

Personalen väldigt hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Rummet väldigt fräscht. Önskade och fick ett rum mot baksidan av hotellet för att slippa ljudet från trafiken på gatan. (när man öppnade fönstret, annars var fönstret väl ljudisolerade). Valde hotellet pga närheten till tågstationen Porto Camhanha och var väldigt nöjd.
