The location being near the river was really nice. We enjoyed walking across the bridge and stopping at all of the vendors. We were within walking distance of many places but when our destination was too far we had the convenience of the taxi stand right across the street. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There were many sitting areas throughout the main level. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The bar was a favorite spot to hang out most nights and the bartender was excellent. The bed was a lot firmer than I like but I slept well each night. The room size was generous as were the amount of outlets. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel in good location

Loved the location of the hotel. Room was lovely and comfortable although a little dark. Staff were friendly and helpful as well as being knowledgeable about the products they served. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the drinks menu varied. The only thing the hotel could improve on was staff numbers. On an evening, only one serving at the bar so often we'd be waiting a while to get served while the took their break or do a room service order.

When I made reservations for this property, there were several options for rooms and beds at different price points. I selected the more than $50/night price markup for a king-sized mattress. When we arrived, we were given two twin mattresses. We were told by the girl with the "FATE" tattoos on her fingers that there was no guarantee of mattress size when we checked-in and that there was no refund of the difference in price despite paying a substantial upcharge for something that was part of the booking process. Based on this experience, and losing money, and their"no guarantees" policy, I don't see that it makes sense to book this hotel online. The price range is too great not to have them guarantee their rooms and not refund the price difference when they intentionally take your money for something that they likely can't deliver. Otherwise, great location and clean, but not honorable.

I’ll start with the great things- location is perfect, very central, right on the water, ton of food and shopping options, beautiful location. Property is very nice and the breakfast has a huge selection of an abundance of delicious food. Less than ideal- WiFi didn’t work, and my room was located on the ground floor directly across from the elevator so I heard everyone anytime they were at the elevator having a conversation. And the pillows were the absolute worst if you want a comfortable night sleep. Overall, a good experience though all things considered
