The property is very clean. Convenient for dining and drinking, as well as walkable to the CBD. Also walkable to beautiful local parks. Great cafes nearby. Staff pleasant and helpful. Given the price i think it's very competitive.

Unfortunately this time round it was noisy - both by other guests and the bathroom vents from next door. I told the front desk upon checking out the guests were talking loudly going up/down the hall - during the middle of the night! One guest decided to continue his chat in the public area (my room was next to that). And the lady next door..yelling at her kid (again in the middle of the night) and then again at 230am, was not on!
