I would definitely stay again and really enjoyed the relaxed comfort and location. I am in my 80's am had no difficulty walking all over Porto, enjoying lunch at the Majestic Cafe, taking a boat ride on the Douro. Once oriented, I had no trouble navigating everywhere that I wanted to visit. The staff was the best I have ever encountered. They even gave me cookies for my journey back to Lisbon and Mario came out to our car and drove with us to park the car.

Nice Loaction

Great central hotel walking distance to many places in Porto.The staff were very welcoming. Renato from front desk met us at our car as the street was closed and inaccessible and helped to guide us in through a maze of one way streets. The breakfast at the hotel was good. They also provide coffee / light bakery items all day in the dining area. The hotel has small rooms but very clean and well serviced by staff. Staff very helpful in providing guidance.

We liked the hotel overall, close proximity to the train station, walkable to points of interests, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel was modern and has its bar. We didn't try the breakfast. The room, bathroom and shower was in good size. Bed was comfortable but our room was hot (no a/c option in the wall thermostat), we called the front desk and ask if there was a way to make it cooler (he said will make the temperature in our room to our liking from their thermostat (?), we did not feel any different but it was our last night. But overall the hotel staffs were nice and friendly.
