Really well designed and beautiful mosaics. Pool area is exceptionally planned and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. A few members spoke some English but with translation apps we made it work! Housekeeping was wonderful and ac kept us cool at night. We felt very safe there. Super close to town and to the beach. Highly recommend

A equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa, com recepção 24 horas e todos sempre solícitos. Adorei o atendimento! A pousada é linda, super “instagramável”, com quartos amplos e espaçosos. O banheiro também é ótimo, com chuveiro a gás e água em temperatura e pressão perfeitas para um bom banho. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o colchão da cama, que é um pouco mole — o que pode ser desconfortável para quem já passou dos 40. A banheira de hidromassagem próxima ao restaurante também seria ainda melhor se tivesse água aquecida. No café da manhã, senti falta de tapioca, queijo coalho e uma maior variedade de frutas. O restaurante da pousada poderia oferecer mais opções no cardápio, e os preços são um pouco altos. Mas, no geral, a estadia foi excelente! Fiquei com meu marido e minha filha por cinco dias e adoramos. A localização é otima perto da praia de Aracaipe, (cerca de 2min) e fora do agito da Rua do Mucugê. Para ir até o centro ou à Mucugê é bem fácil: dá para ir de van em cerca de 5 minutos, ou a pé em torno de 20 a 25 minutos. Eu fiz o percurso correndo pela orla até a Ponta do Apaga Fogo — um lugar lindíssimo, especialmente quando a maré está baixa — e levei cerca de 20 minutos em corrida leve. A pousada também fica pertinho do parque aquático, cerca de 10 minutos a pé ou 2 minutos de van. Pena que o parque estava fechado durante o período em que estive lá. O bar Sting, nas proximidades, é excelente — super animado e com atendimento bom.

Confortável.

Atendimento do proprietário é extraordinário, é um cara muito legal e bem relacionado, já os funcionários não são vem relacionáveis, tratam o hospede seguindo somente a orientação do imóvel, para tudo, "TUDO", eles respondem que não pode pq o hotel não permite, engraçado que o Dono permite quando fala com ele. Achei horrível, pois o hotel não disponibiliza um filtro para o hospede beber um copo d'água, mesmo indo ao bar do hotel, a orientação é de não entregar água da casa, isso é péssimo. Todos hotéis deveriam ter um filtro para o hospede beber água.

Pousada em condições razoáveis de manutenção, cama bem ruim e café da manhã apenas mediano. A localização é muito boa, só atravessar e chegar na praia por um dos bares de praia em em frente. ( Sting, Canto da Alvorada ou Villa Zena). Piscina bem legal. Pelo valor da diaria está razoável, podiam dar um upgrade nos colchões e no café da manhã.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso. Rústica e temática. Localização boa, já que não gosto de ficar no centro de Arraial. A pousada fica pertinho da praia legal para banho e com barracas próximas, mas precisa atravessar a pista. Para ir à cidade, precisa pegar van que passa todo instante bem em frente à pousada. A van custa 5 reais por pessoa e te deixa no centro. Arraial não tem Uber! Dá para ir de van para Trancoso ao custo 20 reais. Só tomar cuidado porque a última van que sai de Trancoso é às 18h. Voltaria à pousada tranquilamente.

Excelente custo-benefício , localização ótima, restaurante muito bom dentro do hotel, piscina e área de lazer enormes, bem cuidadas, tudo muito limpo. Funcionários muito simpáticos, prestativos, gentis e atenciosos. Excelente opção para famílias. Café da manhã bastante variado, só não tem omelete/tapioca feitos na hora. O quarto não tem secador nem ferro de passar, mas é possível pegar emprestado na recepção sem custo. Pretendo voltar!
