Very nice new house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people, with a large teak terrace covered with shade sails enjoying a very beautiful sea view; with swimming pool, secured by a rolling shutter and heated. It is located in the heart of a 10 hectare private property classified as a remarkable site surrounded by nature, surrounded by century-old umbrella pines.
It is located 300 meters from the magnificent Palombaggia beach
(2 mins walk) and has private access to the sea.
The house is fully air conditioned. It has all the comforts, tv, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, bbk. A us kitchen open to the living room with a beautiful sea view. Wireless.
