Throw open the Juliet balcony doors and enjoy a coffee while watching Southsea come to life below. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bed, compact kitchenette with dining nook, and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower.
Portsmouth and Southsea is flat and easy to explore on foot or by bike. You’ll find rental bikes and e-scooters nearby, plus regular buses and taxis if you’re not driving. Fratton train station is within walking distance for connections further afield.
If you’re arriving by car, please note that Portsmouth can get congested at peak times. Street parking is available close by, though it can be busy. A daily permit is required between 16:30–18:30 (£3.60 per day, available directly from us).
• This studio is one of ten in the building and offers self check-in. There is no front desk, but support is available if needed.
• Please note there is no lift. The studio is on the first floor and accessed by stairs.
• Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival.
• Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building.
• All properties are non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace.
• There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away.
• A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay.
• For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies
