The breakfast was really tasty with lots of options and a large indoor and outdoor space. The views and trails right outside the hotel were fabulous. The resort is off on it's own, so you do need to drive to get anywhere. The staff was friendly and informative. We appreciated the beach towel system as well.

The location is perfect to walk and enjoy Pocoacao. Breakfast is great and everything is very clean! Perfect place to stay!

Great location. Easy walk to the village and see all the sites of Furnas. Enjoyed our stay. Thermal pools were a plus being on premises and both indoor and outdoor pool.

We travel a lot. Nicest, most accommodating staff we have ever had! From the valets to the front desk, house keeping, spa and restaurant. Everyone and everything there was outstanding! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

We also dined at the on-site restaurant and bar, and were consistently impressed by the quality of the food and the cozy ambiance. 💆‍♀️ Service was exceptional across the board—from the welcoming front desk staff to the attentive team at the spa and the friendly servers in the restaurant and bar. Everyone contributed to making our stay memorable. 🙏 A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for their hospitality and professionalism.
