A spotlessy clean, cosy and comfortable room, with a very good bed, a fabujlaous breakfast with enough of delicious options for any traveller, a great central location with lots of sights withing 10 minutes of leisure walk, shops and restaurants and cafes, wonderful staff - very helpful and friendly.

Staff were super courteous and breakfast was delicious. The heating system didn’t work and WIFI signal was weak. Next time indicate clearly in your email that the rides your hotel driver provides are not free of charge. UBER would charge 25% less than you. Clarity is kindness. Overall mark 7 out of 10.

Overall a decent mid-range hotel, but the noise was a real issue. The hotel itself was perfectly fine for the price – clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. Staff were helpful and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately, the noise from the street was a major downside. It was extremely loud well into the early hours and kept us awake until around 4am, which really affected our stay. If you’re a light sleeper or hoping for a good night’s rest, this is something to be aware of. Otherwise, the hotel itself was good and met expectations.

The hotel room, hotel staff and location were all fantastic. One of the best/nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Quaint hotel. I felt like I was in Prague vs a Hilton anywhere. The room feel is old world, but clean and cute. We were on the 1st floor (2nd for US) and on the street. Very noisy with window open, slightly noise with closed. If you prefer quiet ask for a room in the back.

Breakfast was really good. Self-serve coffee and juice machines, fabulous selection of cakes and pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit, plus other hot and cold breakfast items. The highlight was the omlettes cooked to order. Gluten-free options available too! Front desk and breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel bar had a cosy feel in the evenings. The junior suite was worth every extra penny...the most beautiful room!

Everything about the stay was fine, except the service was just average. I think this is typical Czech. We ordered our own taxi at check-out (at half the cost of going through them), and they told the driver we were not in the hotel. Other than that, nice room, great breakfast, nice lounge. Great location

This hotel was simply amazing. It was built in the 1300s yet had all the modern necessities and luxuries you could ask for including an elevator, which is surprising for a building of that age. Martin is the best bartender ever and the staff were exceptional if you want to really cool old hotel, I highly recommend it and even though it was old, it had plenty of room for an American to be very comfortable in.
