The hotel stated i will be picked up on the date of arrival at the airport i provided at the website. I stayed waiting for an hour, tired, and unfamiliar of the place. The shuttle did not show up. Customer service was poor. I asked for a wake up call as my trip will be early in the morning.The desk staff just told me, just set your alarm on your phone. You dont need me to call. I asked again, he gave me an attitude , called me 15 mins before the taxi showed up in AM. The best was VeroniKa Slavikova, the best tour guide. Kind, open to ideas, she loves Prague. Bathtub is very slippery, high fall risk when standing. Housekeeper- the best!

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Roma. The hotel is central and in a quiet area. Just a 10 minute park walk to Charles bridge. My bedroom was spacious with a king size bed, large bathroom with toiletries. Very good housekeeping each day. Very nice buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Just outside the hotel were about 8 restaurants plus mini markets for essentials.
