self check in, room and space is aesthetic but its not actually a good hotel. trendy, nice enough, good location. No body lotion available lol there was no steamer or iron in the room. I had issues during check in, the battery of the door died so we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and do nothing. I asked if they could just switch my room since I was in a rush they didn't. then ended up switching my room. no vip perks were mentioned. again nice enough but I went to the four seasons the following day for scale

They don’t clean the restroom toilet seats which had urine all over it and hair in the drains. Also I’ve left my hotel the whole day and when I came back it was discovered that $100 was missing from the wallet, which had been left on the bedside table. Housekeeping had been in the room earlier that day. The incident was immediately reported to the staff and hotel management informed of the investigation. The experience caused disappointment and a sense of violation, as it was expected that belongings would be secure within the hotel. While the hotel's efforts to address the situation were appreciated, the experience was shared so others could be aware and take extra precautions with their valuables during their stay.

The hotel is very good-looking, but I wish I had been given a disclaimer about the club on the second floor since my room is on the third. Overall, the room and the amenities were great. However, the sound system at 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights was not.

Love staying there. Rooms are small but clean and lots of light. Fridge in room is a bonus. The lobby area is amazing to work from. Staff helpful and friendly. Happy to be back.
