This is a beautiful property right in the heart of old town. The location is excellent. We prepaid for the breakfast and the buffet was very good. The staff was very friendly except for one night clerk at the reception. It is in a pedestrian area so if you get an uber or taxi it will drop you away from the hotel. We booked a taxi at the hotel to take us to the airport and that came right to the hotel door. Might be a good idea to contact the hotel to make arrangements for transportation to the hotel. At check in I gave them another credit card to charge the balance but they still charged my credit card that i had used to book. You may want to confirm and double check if you are doing the same.

Perfect location, just a very short walk to the main square and old town. Deer is an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was simple but good. Surprisingly good coffee for Europe! Front desk was helpful and efficient. Our Goliath suite was huge, quiet and a great bargain. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and we’ve traveled a lot.

Very nice, centrally located hotel, just 200m from the main square and within 10 minute walk to most popular places in the Old Town as well as the trams to many locations. Staff were great and helpful, the shuite was spacious, well maintained and had the option of a lift or stairs. Wifi however was on or off and only 1 bar amd as expected was noisy outside over the weekend. Otherwise, a recommended stay.

A comfortable hotel with great location

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is next to the old town square, having close access to many attractions. Taxis do not drive all the way to the hotel entrance and hence a short walk over the cobbled stones is required.

Gorgeous property. Our rooms were enormous and very nice. Staff was not helpful at all and often rude at times. The air conditioning in one of our three rooms did not work correctly the entire time we were there and the issue even though four requests were made to fix it was never resolved.
